Purchased in 2020, the Boxdale property was a welcome addition to Glenowra and Westfarm operations, spanning 12,473 acres in Condobolin, NSW.
Boxdale is naturally sheltered with a mixture of Pine, Ironbark and Kurrajong trees. The property is divided into 37 well-fenced paddocks and stock laneways making it ideal for sheep and cattle grazing and cropping.
Water security and infrastructure are a priority at Boxdale. In addition to Carlisle Creek that runs through the property, there is an abundance of man made watering points and dams providing high volumes of good quality water for the Australian Whites.
